Practical Workshop Facilitation Skills Certificate (PWFSC)

An experienced facilitator presents Practical and Proven facilitation techniques that will enhance success with all types of workshops and participants.

Participants learn what effective facilitators do and how they do it.

The 14 Behavioural Facilitation Skills are demonstrated and learned through extensive group work and facilitating sessions with immediate feedback.

About the Certificate

With an emphasis on continuous learning and keeping participants actively engaged, workshop facilitators must not only get their knowledge out to the audience but more importantly be able to get it ‘into the audience’.

The need for proven and practical workshop facilitation skills is critical if facilitators are to effectively motivate learners, encourage participation and promote on-the job application of learning. In the Practical Workshop Facilitation Skills Certificate program, individuals will affirm, enhance and develop effective facilitation skills.

The PWFSC provides ample opportunity to exchange learning and facilitating ideas and experience with other professionals.

The 5-day Practical Workshop Facilitation Skills Certificate is a highly interactive program that incorporates hands-on exercises, role-plays and small and large group discussions.

What People are Saying…

Leo Thiessen
Senior Quality Improvement Advisor

“This is a great course for anyone who needs to teach people something new & get them engaged in actually doing it. I’d been looking for a course of this caliber for about 2 years; the only one I found would have required me to fly to the US for a week. This course definitely exceeded my expectations. I walked away from this training session feeling pumped up and raring to go!”

Donna M. Carriere

“It was one of the most rewarding yet challenging experiences that I have been a part of, in my pursuit of lifelong learning. I would definitely recommend the training. In fact I have already returned to my work place and contacted our Director of Human Resources raving about the course. I have suggested to her that her Human Resource officers and trainers as well as herself should experience this course. Participants are so actively engaged that they embrace the message of the workshop and make it their own. The impact is very powerful.”
