E.A.R.S. (Employment Assistance Resource Services) provides job search training to unemployed Manitobans. Through a series of participatory, focused workshops we will teach you techniques and offer advice on every step of the job-finding process, from contacting employers and creating and sending out resumes to making your job interview a success.
