We work with unemployed, job ready individuals, assisting with job search skills and clerical support. As a result we are always in contact with skilled and trained people, ready to work. To assist employers, we connect suitable candidates with employer’s needs.

Benefits

Employers generally utilize the services WTC provides as an extension of or addition to their Human Resources Department.

We are not an employment agency so there is no cost or obligation, should you select any of our candidates.  It is, however, the employers’ responsibility to test and assess specific skills as well as to conduct reference checks.

The WTC assesses soft skills and refers individuals that demonstrate the attributes needed in the workforce today. All participants take part in an initial Transition workshop, which teaches them soft skills. During our program, we have the opportunity to evaluate the individual’s attitude as well as communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

We conduct regular intake sessions, which consistently renews our human resource selection.

Outplacement Services

Considering staff cutbacks? Sometimes businesses have to let people go—perhaps due to restructuring or even an employee not being the right fit.

Ending employment is never easy but WTC assists employers by offering departing
employees job search assistance. WTC focuses on empowering clients with the skills they need to effectively find work.
